Information and processing

Browser tools process the content you enter or select on your device. Utlivo does not upload that content to its application server. Working data remains in the current tab until you reset the tool or leave it. Downloaded results remain wherever you save them.

AI tools send the text and options you submit to the configured AI provider when you choose Generate. Provider retention and processing terms apply. Specialist server file processing is currently unavailable and accepts no file uploads.

Local preferences

Favorites and your chosen theme are saved only in this browser. Recent-tool history is off by default and is saved only when you enable it. File contents, text inputs, generated passwords and results are not saved in local storage. Clear saved browser data below to remove all Utlivo preferences.

Hosting and third parties

Hosting infrastructure processes network information such as IP addresses and request metadata to serve and protect the site. Application code does not log document contents, passwords, or private text. With your permission, Utlivo loads Google Analytics to measure page views and tool events. It does not send raw search text, tool inputs, passwords, files, payment details or recovery codes to Analytics. Google receives network and device information under its own policies. Optional third-party advertisements load in an isolated frame on Free; verified Pro access removes advertising. Change your choices at any time using Privacy choices. External links and public thumbnail requests use the respective provider’s policies.

Speech and camera

Speech recognition may use a browser provider’s service. Permission is requested only when you choose to start it. Scanning support depends on your browser. Review the notice in the tool before using these features.

Payments and Pro activation

PayPal processes payment information. Utlivo verifies the completed amount, currency, merchant, product and payer email before signing an activation token. The token and recovery code grant access; keep them private. Payment status is checked again when restoring or validating Pro. We do not store card information or send payment or activation details to Analytics.
